One of the outstanding young pianists of his generation, Micah has, at 16, distinguished himself in regional, national, and international competitions. He has appeared as soloist with the Charleston Symphony Orchestra, the Hilton Head Symphony Orchestra, the Youth Orchestra of the LowCountry, and the South Carolina Philharmonic. He has also played in recitals and chamber music at the Piccolo Spoleto Festival, Music Fest Perugia, and Southeastern Piano Festival, the International Institute for Young Musicians, and the International Piano Series at the College Of Charleston. He is one of eight pianists chosen worldwide to participate in the 2011 Verbier Festival Academy in Switzerland.

Micah has won the 2nd Prize in the 2010 Ettlingen International Competition for Young Pianists in Germany, 1st Prize in Arthur Fraser International Piano Competition, 5th. Prize in the Hilton Head International Young Artists Competition and 2nd Prize in the IIYM International Piano Competition.

A former student of Marsha Gerber, Micah is now a scholarship student of Enrique Graf at the Charleston Academy of Music.
